Alphabond met at The Mere Hotel on Friday to celebrate two consecutive record months in the history of Alphabond! We could never achieve this kind of success without the team we've got so thanks to everyone at Alphabond.
A big well done to Heidi Shaw for getting the highest Employee Contribution Factor of Q3 too!
We also had a Lean Presentation and team activity from Stuart Mitton which was impressive and surprising!
Q2 2018 - NUNSMERE HALL

Wow Q2 disappeared fast! Alphabond gathered at Nunsmere Hall in Northwich to discuss our strategy to continue to optimise our customer's Triple-P (Productivity, Presentation and Profitability) throughout Q3. Some great ideas came out of the day - very motivating!
A big well done to Katie Owens for excellent sales activity and to Heidi Shaw for some big projects completed to perfection.
Our winners for Q2 for performance were Dylan Shaw, Greg Parry and Jade Dunbar.
Plane Flight for Q1 Award Winners

Alphabond awarded Heidi, Travis and Jade for achievement in Q1 with the chance to fly a plane over scenic spots in the UK - a great reward !

Q1 2018 - PECKFORTON CASTLE

The Alphabond team took a day out to look back at the success in the first quarter of 2018, we brought the team together and spent the day at Peckforton Castle which is a stunning location in Cheshire. It's a great way to step back and re-focus our energy on what worked well for us in Q1.
The management team also gave away 3 awards for performance over Q1 - a flight in a small plane over 3 different scenic locations in the UK!
Q1 2017 - DOUBLETREE HOTEL & SEGWAY EXPERIENCE

Alphabond went to celebrate our fantastic start to 2017 - we began with a team meeting to bring our team together and envigorate and shout about our success which then led onto a Segway Experience at Delamere Forest which was enjoyed by all.
Q4 2016 - CLAY PIGEON SHOOTING

Alphabond went out to shoot some targets at the end of Q4 to prove that we can do it for real in 2017 with our business targets. The day was enthusing and competitive for the whole team and to make it more festive the Christmas jumpers came along too!
