TEAM TALK

A lot of work from our team this month has gone into preparing for the PPMA show, which is now next week! A huge team effort has gone into making sure everything is ready with some excellent work and testing done.   

In the image on the left, Will is getting the Alphabond tuktuk ready for this year's show, he's managed to get two hot melt tanks running on a tuktuk! Make sure you come and see it in action by booking a short chat with us at the show below.                      

TECHNICAL DEVELOPMENT

Our tech guys are constantly hard at work testing our customers substrates to make sure they are optimising their adhesives. These tests ensure that when we run trials, we know our glue will be a success first time. Here's a quick look at how a recent customer moved to our glue after our tech tests:

🟢 Tank temp: 145°C ▶️ 98°C

🟢 Tank pressure: 3.5 bar ▶️ 2.1 bar

🟢 Coat weight: 3.829g ▶️ 0.77g

🟢 Energy use per hour: 0.603 kwh ▶️ 0.301 kwh

🟢 Overall spend per year: £62k ▶️ £20k
